Slide easily over my glasses and fit beautifully. It didn’t take any time to adjust to the colour change. I use them to watch TV in the evening and now I sleep better.

Professional blanket
I had my mind set on a full size sauna and didn’t think the blanket would do it for me. I was wrong I love it! It’s very high quality!

I set my alarm 1/2 early each morning and wear my mask as a gentle start to my day, eyes closed and I meditate .Laying flat without a pillow works best for me. The velcro does stick to silk pillow cases so beware. It’s just been a week and I will continue. Subtle softening of my happy lines and I’m optimistically pleased with this mask.

I will continue to use this as part of my weekly routine to see what else is in store. We actually have a sauna in our apartment and when we move we will take it with us. Be sure to get the liner and a good meditation app to make 50 minutes fly by.

We made this purchase for our 2 year old’s room. He rarely wakes, and we didn’t have a night light in there previously. But on a rare couple of occasions he woke and was looking for the door which he couldn’t find in complete darkness. Ive had this night light in mind long before he came but never made the purchase. But after seeing him lost in the dark I knew this is what we needed. It’s PERFECT!! After I put him down it helps me to sneak out without waking or disrupting him.
